At the sector level, the Services index increased by 1.55%, the Industrial index increased by 0.51%, and the Financial index increased by 0.50%.

As for sub sector indices, the Utilities and Energy, Pharmaceutical and Medical Industries, Textiles, Leathers and Clothings, Transportation, Commercial Services, Banks, Mining and Extraction Industries, Real Estate, Hotels and Tourism sectors increased by 2.55%, 1.49%, 1.42%, 1.24%, 0.71%, 0.58%, 0.58%, 0.12%, 0.07% respectively. While the Health Care Services, Food and Beverages, Chemical Industries, Diversified Financial Services, Insurance, Engineering and Construction, Technology and Communication sectors decreased by 4.19%, 0.55%, 0.38%, 0.25%, 0.15%, 0.12%, 0.05% respectively.

The top five gainers were, the Latent Energies For Investments by (4.55%), Bank Al Etihad by (4.43%), Real Estate Development by (4.29%), Jordan Petroleum Refinery by (4.25%), and Masafat For Specialised Transport by (4.05%).

The top five losers were, Jordan International Investment Co. by (5.00%), United Financial Investments by (4.97%), The Consultant & Investment Group by (4.76%), Shareco Brokerage Company by (4.76%), and Century Investment Group by (4.00%).
