At the sector level, the Financial index increased by 0.63%, the Industrial index decreased by 0.22%, and the Services index increased by 0.16%.

As for sub sector indices, the Tobacco and Cigarettes, Electrical Industries, Textiles, Leathers and Clothings, Hotels and Tourism, Banks, Insurance, Technology and Communication, Diversified Financial Services, Engineering and Construction, Utilities and Energy sectors increased by 6.25%, 4.85%, 1.18%, 1.05%, 0.70%, 0.64%, 0.64%, 0.25%, 0.18%, 0.10% respectively. While the Chemical Industries, Commercial Services, Food and Beverages, Mining and Extraction Industries, Real Estate, Transportation sectors decreased by 1.61%, 0.45%, 0.41%, 0.39%, 0.36%, 0.04% respectively.

The top five gainers were, the Jordanian Mutual Funds Management Company by (25.00%), Union Investment Corporation by (8.33%), Jordan Steel by (7.14%), Union Tobacco & Cigarette Industries by (6.25%), and United Cable Industries by (4.85%).

The top five losers were, Sura Development & Investment Plc by (5.00%), Jordanian Management And Consulting Company by (4.52%), Jordan Decapolis Properties by (4.48%), Injaz For Development & Projects by (4.35%), and Al-dawliyah For Hotels & Malls by (4.17%).
