As for sub sector indices, the Commercial Services, Insurance, Educational Services, Technology and Communication, Transportation, Diversified Financial Services, Engineering and Construction, Hotels and Tourism, Pharmaceutical and Medical Industries, Real Estate, Chemical Industries, Food and Beverages sectors increased by 3.65%, 2.24%, 1.49%, 0.74%, 0.72%, 0.70%, 0.59%, 0.52%, 0.47%, 0.31%, 0.10%, 0.05% respectively. While the Banks, Textiles, Leathers and Clothings, Mining and Extraction Industries, Utilities and Energy sectors decreased by 0.69%, 0.69%, 0.43%, 0.21% respectively.

The top five gainers were, the Al-nisr Al-arabi Insurance by (7.30%), The United Insurance by (7.09%), Salam Internationl Transport & Trading by (6.72%), Jordanian Duty Free Shops by (6.15%), and Jordan Poultry Processing & Marketing by (5.00%).

The top five losers were, Bindar For Islamic Finance Company by (4.96%), Specialized Trading & Investment by (4.51%), First Jordan Investment Company Plc by (3.23%), First Insurance by (2.88%), and Real Estate Development by (2.86%).
