As for sub sector indices, the Mining and Extraction Industries, Chemical Industries, Engineering and Construction, Textiles, Leathers and Clothings, Transportation, Food and Beverages, Pharmaceutical and Medical Industries, Commercial Services, Banks, Real Estate sectors increased by 2.63%, 1.38%, 1.20%, 0.72%, 0.60%, 0.60%, 0.53%, 0.36%, 0.23%, 0.07% respectively. While the Educational Services, Electrical Industries, Utilities and Energy, Diversified Financial Services, Insurance sectors decreased by 0.71%, 0.62%, 0.40%, 0.14%, 0.04% respectively.

The top five gainers were, the Masafat For Specialised Transport by (6.17%), Arab Investors Union Co. For Real Estates Developing by (5.00%), Jordan Dairy by (4.93%), Euro Arab Insurance Group by (4.92%), and Arab Aluminium Industry /aral by (4.80%).

The top five losers were, Northern Cement Co. by (7.07%), Jordan Masaken For Land & Industrial Development Projects by (4.35%), Petra Education Company by (3.38%), Comprehensive Multiple Transportations Co. by (3.13%), and Shira Real Estate Development & Investments by (2.56%).
