Al Hekma for Financial Services (Al Hekma) was established in 2005 as a limited liability company with a paid up capital of JOD 2 million ($ 2.8 million ), since then the capital was increased to JOD 2.28 million ($ 3.2 million). It is licensed and regulated as an authorized brokerage firm by the Jordanian Securities Commission. The company's principal activities include acting as a financial broker on behalf of its clients; purchasing and selling securities listed at Amman Stock Exchange (ASE).

The company provides individual and institutional investors with focused research and analytical information to help the clients make strategic stock allocation, in order to achieve their investment objectives and goals. We at Al Hekma, strongly believe that the methodology we follow, provides the clients with added value information to support them in making an informed, and reasonable decisions. Our methodology focuses not only on historical performance, but also takes into account the future outlook of the sector in general, and the individual firm in specific. We also look at Regional and International market trends and performances of similar companies/industries to identify future trends and potential arbitrage opportunities.

Furthermore, Al Hekma has established a dedicated department that aims at providing quality service, up to International standards, for international and regional fund managers, and is listed among HSBC's designated brokerage companies for custody services at Amman Stock Exchange.
